Aver Conferences do not cover the expenses for registration, accommodation, and travel. Participant must pay the registration fee to attend the conference. For further queries, please contact respective conference manager.
All cancellations/refunds must be sent in writing to the conference manager.
Payments once done will not be refunded due to prior commitements towards the conference
All registered participants are eligible to transfer 40% of registration fee to next conference within 45 days to the conference.
All registered participants are not eligible to transfer the registration fee to next conference within 30 days to the conference.
All registered participants are eligible to send his/her colleagues to present if the registered participant is unwilling to attend or due to uncertain conditions.
The organization reserves the right to make changes to conference dates/program or cancel the event at any time.
Organization is not responsible if the event cancels/postpones due to natural disasters or unpredictable activities, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes or hostilities. The registered participants will be notified through email or other channels and make an appropriate decision.

Virtual Conference/online Conference/webinars
Payments once made for the virtual conferences/webinars/online conferences will not be refunded.
Payments made for the virtual conferences/webinars/online conferences are transferable to physical/in person conferences.
Participants who paid and unable to attend virtual conferences, kindly email to conference manager and take appropriate decision.
